Shipping policy

All of our orders take 48 hours to process and ship within 5-7 business days via  If there is a delay on our end for any reason, we will send an email to let you know.


Orders will be provided with a Tracking number, which we include in our customer confirmation emails.

We cannot provide a precise delivery date for pre-orders. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your pre-order to be delivered.

If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender, please contact us. If we put the wrong address on a package, we’ll ship a replacement on us. Otherwise, we can resend the package once it is returned to us for $5.

We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.

For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items. For all orders over $1000 we require “signature on delivery”, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. We have this policy to ensure protection for our clients and to help eliminate fraud.
